What is BariFit?

BariFit was created by two bariatric surgeons and two personal trainers who specialize in helping their patients and clients achieve optimal health and wellness through sustainable weight loss solutions.

By combining their expertise and experience, they recognized there was a unique opportunity to provide on-going support to patients who have undergone weight loss surgery or may be considering it in the near future.

Our Mission

Based on our 3 pillars: Accountability, Community, Education (ACE)

Our exclusive health and fitness coaching platform was designed to compliment bariatric surgery by providing easy-to-follow workouts and on-going support in an inclusive online community.

Although patients are encouraged to exercise and lift weights after surgery, many avoid it altogether simply because they don’t know how to get started, they lack professional support, and/or they don’t feel comfortable in a gym setting.
